1863 (14 Mar.) envelope from East Taieri, Otago to Albany, New York, bearing 1d. orange-vermilion and 6d. black-brown, both with clear to enormous margins and
showing traces of other stamps, in combination with perf. 13 at Dunedin 2d. pale ultramarine (2, both with perforations on two sides), all cancelled with partially light indistinct strikes of the "O 11" obliterator and showing below, Dunedin (16.3),
London Paid (21.5) and "5/n. york br. pkt" (3.6) c.d.s., despatch c.d.s. on reverse; the stamps lifted and hinged back in place. A quite remarkable and certainly unique mixed-separation franking. Sc. 21,
