destinations, in fact, the majority have been collected by destination including England, France, Germany (Prussia), Holland, Italy and Switzerland, includes both single and double rate covers, others have special auxiliary markings including "Short
Paid", a couple are in combination with other 1861-66 issues, including an 1869 triple rate cover to Paris franked with singles of both the 15c and 30c "F" grills, even one single "F" grill on a cover to Switzerland addressed to Clara Barton,
