#30Ab, 5c Brown, Ty. II, printed on both sides, with almost a complete design showing on the reverse, though stronger at the top (similar to the other recorded
copy), a few small thins on the front side, mild corner creases, fine appearance. This is one of the most important errors of the 1857-1861 Issue, as there is only one other known example of the Five Cent Brown Printed on Both Sides. It is also the
only major error of any Five Cent 1857-1861 stamps to be listed in the Scott catalog. The other copy of this stamp has a very similar degree of the design impression on the reverse. It also has faults and is reperforated. An incredible opportunity
to own one of the rarest classic errors in all of United States Philately. Accompanied by a 1971 PF certificate; ex-Ishikawa. (imagea)
