With 2010 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95, SMQ $3,250.00). This is the highest grade awarded to date (seven others share this grade). As an example of how rare this is in higher grades, the SMQ does not even bother to price this as a 98. (Image)

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT 1890 ISSUE.
The 15c 1890 stamp is, in our opinion, one of the most striking designs of the Gilded Age regular issues. Its distinctive three-quarter portrait of Henry Clay is elegantly framed and printed in an extraordinarily deep shade of Indigo Blue. The beauty of the issue is enhanced in examples such as this stamp, which provides a balanced frame of white margins around the design.
With 2010 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95, SMQ $6,850.00) Only one Mint N.H. stamp has graded higher in the P.S.E. Population Report (at 95J), a statistic that has not changed in four years. (Image)
EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 30-CENT 1890 ISSUE.
With 2010 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95, SMQ $9,200.00). Only three have graded higher to date and only six others share this grade. (Image)
EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SPECTACULAR EXAMPLE OF THE 90-CENT 1890 ISSUE IN THE FINEST ATTAINABLE QUALITY. THIS PRISTINE STAMP HAS BEEN GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E.
With 2010 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98, SMQ $30,000.00) This is the highest grade awarded to date in any original-gum category and only one other Mint N.H. example shares this grade (Image)
