VERY FINE STRIKE OF THIS RARE MORTAR AND PESTLE FANCY CANCEL OF WATERBURY. THIS IS THE FIRST OF THIS TYPE ON COVER WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE KEEPING COMPUTERIZED RECORDS.

A history of the fascinating Hockanum Running Fox cancel, written by Connecticut postal historian William J.
