Extraordinary downward vignette shift leaving the background lines of frame showing inside oval, the vignette actually extends beyond the bottom part of the frame, neat strike of cork cancel, small filled thin, Fine appearance, considering the method of bi-colored printing, it is surprising that misaligned colors on the 1869 high values are so scarce (Image) Search for comparables at SiegelAuctions.com	2,250.00 SOLD for $1,200.00 Will close during Public Auction
